Tracey Regan is an athlete, coach, personal trainer, fitness instructor, certified life coach and mother of two. She works to teach clients how to change the way they look and feel by changing the way they eat, exercise, live, and think.
Her purpose is to show her clients that no matter what the obstacles, there are no limits to what one can dream, attempt, and achieve when you stop judging yourself and start being your own biggest fan. Tracey brings her passion for fitness and fun to all her classes and training sessions and is always pursuing new certifications to further enhance her offering.
