Mark Regan is one of the most experienced and successful fitness and athletic coaches in Canada specializing in strength & conditioning, performance nutrition, and speed & agility training.  He has over 20 years of experience as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach working with professional athletes.

As a young baseball player experiencing my first off-season, I was lost in terms of how to prepare for Spring Training. I was lucky I ran into Mark and even luckier he offered to work with me. His knowledge in strength training, nutrition and how the human body works is remarkable. I thought I was getting a trainer, I didn’t realize I was getting a friend and workout partner as well. Mark has become one of my closest friends and a role model of mine.

The physical gains I made in the years I worked with Mark were incredible. It seemed I went into spring training in the best shape of my life every year. This in turn would give me confidence as I knew I did everything to prepare for the season. As my career progressed, the background that Mark gave me in fitness and nutrition served me well wherever I was. Even at the big league level, I was following programs that Mark provided me during off-seasons. He gave me a foundation and knowledge that I continue to follow today. There is no doubt in my mind that I would not have progressed to the Major Leagues if it weren’t for Regs.

Mark Regan has a passion for helping people reach their full potential. He has worked as an elite certified fitness coach for the past 19 years. Mark has helped countless people improve their nutrition, fitness and athleticism, including children, families, adults who are overcoming health issues, and those just looking to feel more energetic. He is recognized for his work with athletes in the National Hockey League, Ontario Hockey League, Canadian University Sports, National Collegiate Athletic Association, Canadian Football League, Major League Baseball and the Canadian Men’s National and Olympic Baseball teams.

Mark works with men and women ranging from high-school students to professional athletes to senior citizens. He has worked with Olympians, children, soccer moms, out of shape dads, and teenagers of all fitness levels. He also trains and mentors other teachers and coaches via seminars and coaching clinics

As an educator for the past 25 years, Mark has a wide variety of resources to help other professionals like nutritionists, dieticians, personal trainers and those looking to assist others utilize his championship methods. He teaches them how to convey their information appropriately while also being able to assess needed improvements and the effectiveness of their coaching.
