The 8 Week Breakthrough Program has been a fantastic experience. At age 41, I have lost 17lbs and 10 inches, however it’s more about what I have gained than lost. As a young baseball player experiencing my first off-season, I was lost in terms of how to prepare for Spring Training. I was lucky I ran into Mark and even luckier he offered to work with me. When I began the 8 Week Transformation and PFC Bootcamp with Tracey, I was not taking care of my health. I often felt tired, and was discouraged with my body. I often skipped meals through the day, and drank many cups of coffee to help me with my energy. I knew it was time for a change. I am proud to say that over the 8 Weeks I lost 24 lbs while adding strong, lean muscle. This program has completely transformed how I eat and exercise. The 8 Week Transformation Program has been just what my body needed. From 285lbs, I am now down more than 30 pounds to 252lbs. I know this has contributed to my increased energy levels and shedding this weight has given my body a new look. My clothes are hanging and not screaming at the seams. My wife and I have been following this program as a couple and we are having fun doing it together. Mark Regan played a large role in my development as a young athlete. When I first worked with Mark, I was pretty fast and about 150 pounds, but I lacked the knowledge of how to train my body, and the discipline to dedicate myself to being the best. Mark helped turn that skinny 15-year-old kid into a much faster, 190-pound competitor in 2 years. I was a 7-time All-Canadian in Track and Field, and became the football team’s all-time leading rusher at the University of Western Ontario.
