TRX Suspension Training

A combination class of TRX training straps, resistance bands, and core strengthening movements. This 1 hour circuit is going to make you sweat and burn! Get ready for all those muscles to be challenged!


This fresh mix-up not only challenge your muscles in new ways, ramping up your calorie burn, but also keeps you motivated, and inspired and sculpts a strong symmetrical body! Mixing fitness favs like HIIT Bootcamp with classic old School weight lifting to provided a well rounded full body workout that not only burns but builds lean muscle!!

Boot Camp

Geared towards anyone and everyone! Those looking to begin their first exercise in years, or those who are already active and looking for a challenge. Bootcamp leads participants through a circuit of functional movements, plyometric cardio, and weight strengthening exercises, aimed at increasing participants’ level of fitness. Those looking to challenge themselves or just begin will not be disappointed.


COMBAT is an energetic martial arts workout where you are totally unleashed and empowered. Karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai enthusiasts will especially enjoy this. Whether you are familiar with the martial art disciplines or brand new to the combat world, you'll love the intensity of this class!

POUND Rockout Jam Session

Strengthen & sculpt muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique, all while rocking out to your favorite music! Each beat ACTIVATES a series of STABILIZER muscles, distracting you from the high intensity and duration of your workout. Instead of counting reps, we hand over the permission to rock in the form of Ripstix™, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks.

Athletic Power

Take a break from traditional cardio/strength class and give yourself this full body challenge. The interval format presented here is easy to follow and can be adapted for all fitness levels. Interval training is a valuable tool for re-energizing the body and increasing fitness levels. Combine the athletic box intervals with dumbbell and weight plate work, add in core stability, and this class hits all the components of a great total body workout! We throw in some great tunes to this workout so you don’t realize how hard you are REALLY working!

CORE Sculpt

An intense workout for the entire torso, this 30 minute class focuses on toning and strengthening the body’s core, abdominal, and posterior chain muscles.

Not with PiYo…PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.


Looking to get that body lean and toned? Try this class to shred those muscles and build that powerful look you’ve been working for. A full body weight class just for both men and women looking to add that lean muscle definition!

Zumba/Hip Hop

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Every class features rocking music, fun, easy to follow routines, and just a little bit of silliness. Theres no restriction on who can come…anyone from 16 to 70+ is welcome, as long as you feel fit enough to dance, we’re happy to have you!

Steppin UP

Tone up your legs and booty by moving up, over and around the step. Developed as a way to get a high intensity, yet low impact workout – this class will improve your coordination by learning choreographed routines that make the hour fly by!


This class is designed to assist both those who have limited flexibility and those still looking for a great tone and stretch class. Combining simple Yoga and Pilates moves, along with optional weight resistance, this class moves you through warm up, working section, balance and core stability, finishing with a relaxing stretch.


Offset your high intensity training with our express foam roller and band stretch class. Stretching improves core stability, strength, balance and flexibility. Release the tight muscles, fascial adhesions, and improve blood flow.

KIDS Mini Muscles

MINI MUSCLES Program! Teach kids how to take care of their bodies and to develop the athletic skills to enhance their performance in sport and in play. Sessions include endurance, speed, agility, strength and balance training. $55 + tx for 6 week session.
